MARY NELLUM - OWNER & CHIEF PET CUDDLER
G'day! My name is Mary Nellum. I'm a native of Arkansas and a farm girl. You know you can take the girl out of the farm but you can never take the love of the farm out of the girl ;) I had always dreamed of working with animals in some capacity but life took me on a different path for a while. Then in 2010, I took a chance, stepped out in faith, and started chasing my dream.
Sox (my pitbull) was the catalyst that pushed me into pursuing my lifelong dream of working with animals. She came to us on September 3rd, 2009. Spice (chihuahua) joined us a year later. The time has flown by!
They are my "go with" girls and have taught me SO much!
ROBIN SMITH
I am very pleased to announce that I have a new team mate. Her name is Robin Smith, and I've known her for 6 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Conway's Pet Nana, and I can't wait for y'all to meet her!
Robin has been a local resident for 30 years. She grew up on on a working family farm, where she developed a genuine love and respect for the intelligence and individuality of all animals.
She's had a personal focus of companion animal nutrition and health, which she's studied and pursued for nearly ten years now.
Robin has also been heavily involved in animal rescue and advocacy for a decade, having fostered, networked, and done PR work for numerous rescues in this and other states via her own company, Summum Bonum, Utd.
This is Robin with her dog, Belle, a Border Collie/Karelian Bear Dog mix, and rescue.
