Wonderful service! Conway's Pet Nana came to our home and spent time getting to know Cassie, our 18-year old doggie (who is often wary of strangers at her advanced age), so that Cassie would be familiar with her sitters. The photo updates we received on our cell phone were great - it was fun to see Cassie trotting around the yard looking perky at her old age. Thanks, Pet Nana for taking such good care of Cassie!

 

 

 

Awesome service! Conway's Pet Nana took such good care of my fur babies! Daisy, Lulu and Lola loved her! I loved all of the updates and pictures she sent me. She even took care of some extras while attending to my babies. And the best part was coming home to happy girls and a very nice Thank you card and cupcakes for me! Mary took care of my two very high-energy dogs and one cat while I was getting married!She came exactly on time and left when she said she would. I especially liked the email contact the day after and the pictures she took of my pets. I also enjoyed the written summary/ checklist that Ms. Mary left at my house which detailed everything that took place that day. I had never used a dog-sitting service before, and everyone after this will now have to measure up! (I would use Ms. Mary, but unfortunately, I'm outside her normal service area.) Conway residents, you are lucky! Fantastic, 5-star service!

 

 

 

Mary is such a wonderful, loving person. She truly loves your animals. Whenever she pet sits for me, it is like I never left! She is dependable and very trustworthy. I never worry about her being in my house! She leaves wonderful notes and sends pictures and clips of your babies while you are gone. If you need a pet sitter, look no further! She double checks to make sure evereything is locked up and all are accounted for! If in doubt about anything, she will contact you to make sure what she is doing is how you want it done. It is wonderful to be able to go out of town and feel comfortable leaving your pets to Conway's Pet Nana!!!

 

 

 

Mary is a very dedicated pet sitter. She came to meet us and our dog and get to know us first, and that visit really put me at ease. She was very organized, had all the paperwork ready to go, and clearly knew what she was doing. I was also glad that she could be very flexible, whether you need her to come for a short visit midday or a long stay-in, she was willing to work with us, whatever our schedule. The daily pictures and updates were great! We will definitely recommend Mary to everyone we know!

 

 

 

 

Mary has taken care of our geriatric (21 yr.) old cats and our Pomeranian (who thinks she's a cat) many times, for several days at a time & overnights. We wouldn't want to leave If she couldn't take care of our pets & our house too. She is wonderful & I really feel that she takes better care of them & our house than we do! We love seeing pictures of them while we're away & come home to very content pets & a clean, sweet-smelling house. She really goes above & beyond & is happy to do whatever needs doing.

 

 

 

 

 

We had a last minute business trip come up, and our 'regular' sitter was unavailable. Mary stepped up at the 12th hour, and took excellent care of our HUGE pack (all 8 of them). We are so pleased to have found her and look forward to using her again in the future!

 

 

 

 

 

Mary has taken care of our fur babies 3 times (2 house sittings & 1 drop in) and each time we have been more than happy with her care! She takes a lot of worry out of planning for a trip. We couldn't ask for a more professional, trustworthy and caring Pet Nana.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mary house-sat and kept our 19.5 year old cat, who has kidney disease, recently. We were very pleased. Lucy (our cat-girl) is usually leery of strangers but Mary made friends with her very quickly. We received pictures and updates, by phone and text, regularly during our 8 day trip. Mary did everything we asked, and more, in caring for Lucy, including 3 regularly scheduled trips to the vet.. (She even visited with our two dogs who were boarding at the vet clinic and gave us report on them! And the house was in great shape! When we returned Lucy was very happy and healthy. We were very pleased and will be using Mary in the future. We would recommend Conway's Pet Nana to anyone needing a great pet-care service.

Mary has watched our pets Mattie and Zeke several times and we are so glad we decided to try a pet sitter instead of boarding them when we travel. She always spends quality time with them and even brings in the mail and waters flowers! She is dependable and trustworthy! She is Gma to our furbabies...even though we are around the same age! ; )

 

 

 

 

 

Mary was excellent! Took care of our cat Princess while we were gone on vacation. She went far above and beyond the call of duty trying to keep her cool and just, generally, looking over our home while we were out of town. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Conway's Pet Nana. We first booked Mary to sit while we were on our honeymoon in Puerto Rico and she came a few weeks early to get to know our pack and complete all the necessary paperwork. She's very prepared and professional. I loved getting to see updates of our dogs on the Facebook page while we were away! I had no worries the whole time we were in Puerto Rico because I could see how they were doing daily.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mary is amazing with dogs. 2 of our 3 dogs are not at all social. They don't like strangers - or anyone out of the immediate family. But Mary literally has them eating out of her hand within a few hours of starting her visit with them tonight. She clearly loves animals and has great deal of knowledge. I was very confident leaving my babies with her.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mary is great with the animals. She spends so much time with them & loves them like they were her own. She trained our Gracie when she was a pup. My dogs are always happy to see Miss Mary.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mary is a skilled trainer. We adopted a chihuahua/sheltie/terrier mix from Conway Animal Shelter. Joe was having some separation anxiety, food guarding, and little dog syndrome adjusting to life with our 9 year old Beagle, Molly, in his new home with us. He was picked up stray with no history. Mary listened to our concerns, observed Joe and Molly, and quickly showed me some techniques to ignore and modify some behaviors and reward others. She is very intuitive and reads animal body language and interaction well. We were able to practice what we learned immediately, and see positive results.

 

 

 

 

 

Mary is a wonderful pet nana and friend. Our pit bull Bella is our child and Mary treats her just like she does her own furrbabies, with all the love and attention she could want. Bella looks forward to being spoiled by her "Aunt" Mary. Mary taught Bella how wonderful car rides are and buys her toys to destroy and Mom to clean up. 

Mary gives me total peace of mind while I'm on vacation or just have to be gone for the day. We boarded Bella one year for vacation and said never again when we saw her condition upon our return. There are many benefits of having her live in while we are on vacation. Its easier on my pets to stay in their own environment, she keeps the house occupied to deter any who might take advantage of an empty house, she enjoys (and maintains) the pool and tries to make friends with my cat. Though I'm not sure that last one will/could ever be done. Our family is very lucky to have her and I highly recommend her services.

 

 

Mary has taken care of our dogs several times. Before the first job she came by ahead of time to meet us. She spent about 45 minutes getting to know them. They liked her instantly. While we were gone she followed our directions and took very good care of them. She stayed in contact with us each day. The weather was stormy and Mary made sure our doggies were OK before leaving each evening. When we returned home and came through the garage I think they were a little disappointed it wasn’t Mary!
